It was a lovely sunny day for rounders and the girls played exceptionally well. We saw some fantastic bats from Sophie and Cecily. Hattie and Isabelle risked well which added to the end results. The girls showed a good understanding of the game as they all risked in backwards hits. On the field they played extremely well together, communicating and really pushing themselves. Alice, Ellie and Jemima showed some great long barrier stops as well as accurate passes to second post and bowler. Elsie and Amelia had fast reactions which played a huge roll in getting the other team out as well as stopping them from scoring rounders. The girls played consistently throughout the whole game and didn’t give up. Well done U9B’s!
