It was another bright, sunny day for rounders and although the girls started off slowly, they definitely finished well, with each and every one of them really stepping up their game in the second innings. We saw some great consistent batting from Isabella and Amy. These two girls made good contact on the ball and took advantage of that by scoring rounders for the team. Sarah was the risk taker and she knew when to run which certainly added to the score sheet. Orla and Annabel did a great job at second post – getting the other team out – and they both backed each other up extremely well showing great team work. The communication and fast reactions from Bibi and Charlie played a big role in getting the other team out. Jennifer worked well in the out field and made strong, accurate passes. The girls stayed positive throughout the whole game and showed great sportsmanship. Well done U11C’s !!
