We look forward to welcoming you soon!

On a glorious spring afternoon the U 11 A travelled to Seaford to enjoy a game of cricket in the school’s beautiful grounds.
Unfortunately, we lost the toss and were asked to have a bat, but we made a promising start with Jamie going well and then when Lucas joined him our innings really gathered momentum with the latter proceeding to send the young Seafordians chasing the little red thing all around this beautiful part of Sussex! Lucas was retired for a handsome looking 53 with Jamie (12), Zach (16) the other notable contributors to what finished a handy total of 143.

Seaford’s progress in reply was rather muted and their main contributor, by some margin, was the Amesbury bowling – some work in the nets to do there chaps! Cameron was the tidiest with Waddell chipping in a couple of wickets at the end, but it really was the relative weakness of Seaford’s batting that was responsible for them finishing 36 short of their target.
A good result – well done to all!
